Current status
Pro checkout is not open yet. No payments are being taken and no one can be charged. This page explains how Pro billing is planned to work, so you know before you buy. It will be confirmed when checkout opens.
Billing and renewal
- Monthly: £4.99 charged when you subscribe, then every month on the same date.
- Annual: £39.00 charged when you subscribe, then once a year on the same date.
- Pro renews automatically until you cancel. [Whether VAT is included or added to these prices to be confirmed.]
- If prices change, we'll tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies only from that renewal, and you can cancel before it.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time. [Where to cancel, for example Settings → Billing, to be confirmed when checkout opens.]
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- After that your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Saved work above the free limits stays visible, but you can't add more until you're within the limits or upgrade again.
Refunds
- Cancelling doesn't normally refund the rest of a period you've already paid for. You keep access until it ends instead.
- If you're charged in error, for example twice, or Pro doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- [Refunds may be issued by our payment provider. How and how fast to be confirmed once the provider is chosen.]
Your legal rights
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of first buying a subscription. If you asked Pro to start straight away, you may be charged for the time you used. [Exact wording of this right, and how it applies, to be confirmed by a professional.] This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.
