About these terms
These terms cover your use of CraftMargin, run by [business name to be added]. By using CraftMargin you agree to them. Contact: [email to be added].
What CraftMargin does
CraftMargin works out pricing estimates from the figures you enter. Results depend on what you enter and are estimates, not financial, tax or accounting advice. They don't include VAT or income tax, and they don't guarantee any sale, price or profit. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate details and don't use CraftMargin to break the law, harm the service, or access other people's data.
- You own what you put into CraftMargin. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Data.
Free plan
The calculator is free without an account. A free account includes 1 saved product, up to 5 saved materials and 1 fee profile. We may change what the free plan includes, and will tell account holders first.
CraftMargin Pro
Pro checkout isn't open yet and no one can be charged. When it opens, Pro is planned to cost £4.99 a month or £39.00 a year. It will renew automatically until you cancel. Billing, cancellation and refunds are explained in our refund and cancellation policy. [Whether prices include VAT to be confirmed with the payment provider.]
Availability and changes
We work to keep CraftMargin available and accurate, but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features. If we ever close the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can download your data.
Ending your use
You can stop using CraftMargin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Liability
[Limitation of liability wording to be drafted by a professional.] Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Law
[Governing law and courts to be confirmed, for example England and Wales.]
